hi welcome to my auction here we have a very nice 69 firebird trans am tribute.the car was repainted in 2005 adding the ta fenders scoops hood and rear wing.the car has power brakes front disc by ssbc.the engine is a 400 ram air with a alot of workbuilt by a very well known engine builder merkil here in ny. very nice street car transmission was built by a well known builder freddy brown and so was the rear with 411 gears with a posi unit.i have a binder full of receipts for this car between the 3 previous owners 2 of wich sre freinds of mine and some bills of the work i did to it.the car had a cosmetic restoration in 05 .interior is nice no rips or tears has a tack mounted on the steering columnthe car has an alpine cd and speakers all around..the car has 10.1 compression runs on pump gas and better with 110 octane.no visible rust looks to be clean all around but unfortunetly the car has hail damage the roof and quarter panels need to be painted for sure.the car has quarter size dents on the trunk lid fenders 2 dime size on the doors 80 percent of these can be taken out by a good dent doctor.my opinion if you want it mint it needs a complete paint job the trunk lid has a small crack in it the previous owner changet the trunk seal with an aftermarket one and he was slamming it and caused it to crack.the reason it has hail damage the car was outside for about 6 months while they where rebuilding the garage and thats the story .i bought it thinking i was going to redo it all but just dont have the time or the space.so my loss is your gain.things i purchased for it rear window regulators the old ones are lazy 2 rebuilt hood hinges.chrome dress up kit valve covers just installed it.recent new high volume fuel pump.gas tank and sending unit.the only thing that isnt working is the wipers.the car has all new suspension tires and has chrome replica rally wheels by wheel vintiques.also the correct wood steering wheel.no sign of rust or accidents looks good for a 43 year old car the hail damage is not that noticable unless you really get up close to it only the roof really stands out.this car runs very strong and sounds very healthy also has long tube headers & frame connectorsalso a touch of old skool track bars on the rear .i would definetly suggest to give it a complete tune up only because previous owner had in the garage for 3 years not driving it so i dont know how old the wires& plugs are i changed all the fuilds and flushed the aluminum radiator.master cylinder are new also i have all the bills of all the work done to this car from the past 15 years the car is being sold as is with no warranty ..please feel free to ask any questions.thank you and good luck.On May-09-12 at 06:28:17 PDT, seller added the following information: for those who need casting #s engine ym 10453 from a 74 trans am or gto .left head DN 1H2782 right head DN 1138 i have all receipts for all the work done to the car aluminum edelbrock intake manifold holley double pumper carburator 3 angle valve job blue printed polished crank forged pistons moly rings high performance rods hooker headers 4107 list is too long. please come inspect the car if interested.you will not be disapointed.please no trades i need the space thats why i am selling it.On May-10-12 at 12:58:05 PDT, seller added the following information: vehicle vin is 223379n109802 head #s 48 engine block yk please no tire kickers or lowballers i dont have time to play games with people who window shop .this car is a very affordable choice i you want a 69 ta its as close as you can getto the real deal for less then90 percent then what a real one is.On May-11-12 at 09:22:34 PDT, seller added the following information: hi i forgot to mention the following items are new headliner is door panels weatherstripping carpet bumpers door handles mirrors headlamp bezels signal lights markerlights rocker moldings one side has an extra hole in it.the car really just needs attention to the paint on roof and trunk lid the rest are less then quarter size dents can be worked by a dent doctor
