1987 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur. Originally delivered in Hong Kong, this car features low mileage, tristage white pearl point (original colour) and a red leather interior with cream, white headliner. The car has 77872 kms / 48387 miles. The car has had all carpets replaced with later carpets from a later 90's Flying Spur (some carpets were missing when I purchased the car). The trunk carpets have also been replaced though they will need the centre hydraulic oil holder cover. The interior shows a nice patina, though there are a few flaws (chips, two thumbnails size areas where the clear has peeled- see pics). The Spur has been repainted and would require a repaint to be at Rolls-Royce standards. Mechanically the car has been very reliable throughout my ownership (1.5 years) and was used 2-3 times per month and stored in a heated garage in the winter. There is one compliance bushing required on the car and it will be replaced by auctions end (it is currently being shipped from England). In the photos you can see that the passenger side seat belt is currently not retracting, I have a replacement assembly and will try to have that installed at the same time as the bushing ( both the seat belt currently in and the replacement will be considered part of the auction) .Electrically, the car has one rear window (rear drivers) that needs to be sorted, the radio would need to be hooked up and the fan does not currently work. Please note that I would like to keep the front plate for sentimental reasons. The car shows very well for a 25 year old car and has been a very enjoyable car for me - sadly, I have just run out of garage space. Below is to try and capture the gorgeous paint color.
