Hello up for auction is a 68 fastback shelby clone,with a gt 390 4 spd. I have owned this mustang for over 26 yrs. has many new parts the gt 390 heads have new stainless cobra jet valves, only thing not new in heads are the castings themselves. The block has new cam and cam bearings, rings crank bearings and timing chain on a standard bore block. Car comes with a 9 inch rear with 350 posi gears and new break lines. The interior is black with shelby wood grain dash, console deluxe door panels (pull straps not installed yet but come with car) deluxe arm rests, deluxe shelby steering wheel, new carpet, new headliner, new back seat, also comes with shelby door scuff plates,drivers set real nice, but pass. seat seams tore from setting in storage for many years. Interior is mostly complete, also has a very nice original dash pad, Thi mustang also has power steering. Now for the body, full length floors were installed, but for some reason I never put in the toe boards at the same time so the passenger side toe board and tork box are now cut out (new ones come with the car, both sides but not installed) almost finished, needs final trimming. NEW quarters, trunk drop offs, outer wheel wells new radiator support, has all the shelby outer body panels, New front and rear bumpers, withe mounting brackets. Shelby rims with new tires, under side of car was wire brushed and primed, has new H pipe installed new clutch, shifter and factory linkage in real nice shape. This mustang has a really nice stance. Most of the body panels still need a final fitting, a little hard for one person to do. the ONLY rust spot on the body is the passenger side door lower front has a rust spot maybe the size of a quarter at most, all the other body panels have no rust issues. most shelby parts were bought from Tony Brandas shelby parts, The hood is his top of the line, most of the shelby panels have been on the car for a couple years now so they ready for painting (New one usualy should set awhile before painting) This car is still missing several parts yet, some are distributer, spark plugs and wires,brakes,starter ratiator and hoses, some wires hooked up like lights. Ido have all the parts for the front bumper and the front head lights with the car (on the blue tarp). over all this is a very nice mustang ,and it should not take long to finish, just don't seem to have enought tine in the day anymore, so hopefully whoever get it will get it on the road again and enjoy it. good luck P.S. car has the shelby fog lights int the grill, and also has the hood lock downs in the center console, there are lots of other shelby parts that I probably for got to mention, so if you don't see it just ask, I might have it
