- 1970 LTD Country Squire Station Wagon - Here for auction is a pretty rare low mileage 1970 LTD Country Squire Station Wagon, in the 9 passengers version, with both side seats in the cargo area. The car spend all his life in the dry California, and is really a VERY SOLID car. You don’t see many of them anymore. It runs and drives very weel (will need a new battery now) and is 100% complete. She has the original 390-V8 engine which runs excellent. The car runs and drives but the master cylinder needs to be replaced. The car stops well but the pedal leaks down while your holding it down and you have to pump it to keep the pedal up. The rest of the brakes are great it just needs a master cylinder. The only real rust is a few bubbles on the rear window back post. The original green metallic paint is flat and faded, but the also matching green interior is actually pretty clean just with some stains in the carpet. The wood grain is in very good shape for a car of this age. For the FORD or SW`s fans this should be a great opportunity, as these wagons are almost disapeared from the earth face!
