For your consideration is this 1957 Ford Fairlane 300. The person in the picture is the actual owner, he requested I assist in the sale of the vehicle. Richard has owned this classic for approx. 30 years. It has the 390 CID bored .080 over stock with about 20 thousand miles on it. Tuned Heads for a 427, Solid Lifters, Romeo Chrome Molly Rings, Cobra Jet Cam and two Four Barrel 650 CFM Holly Carburetors. The Transmission is the C-6 Automatic, which was completely rebuilt by Massey's Transmission Shop, Wichita Ks. I have numerous receipt's, some of which reflect, Transmission Rebuild $555.98 New Tie Rods amd Alignment $75.00 New Ignition $29.00 Brake Wheel Cylinders, Hoses etc. $146.50 New Blower Motor $125.00 New Rear Drums and Shoes $170.00 Steering Wheel and Install Kit $75.09 Clean and Replace Gas Tank $85.04 The receipt's are entirely to numerous to list, but all will accompany the vehicle. The Rear Chrome Side pieces were not available when picture's were taken, but are included in sale. The engine runs strong, has a lot of power and shifts smooth from gear to gear. The B&M Quick Silver Shifter work's like a champ. All four tire's are like new, Steel Belted Radials P205/75R/ 14 M&S. Both Front and Rear Bumpers were Rechromed at a cost of over $1500.00. Richard had purchased all of the replacement sheet metal necessary to finish the body work, but lost the use of his primary hand. As well, his lifelong friend and body man passed away while working on this project vehicle. Unfortunately this is true. All of the parts pictured are of course included with sale. If you are looking for a good classic to restore this would be an excellent candidate. The reserve is set very low and vehicle will sell to the highest bidder.
