Vehicle Detail
1972 MGB GT stick shift with overdrive. -- offered at a low start with no reserve -- Solid throughout with no rust issues. Very straight body. All doors open and close well. Glass is in great shape, chrome is excellent. It comes with a clear CA pink slip (title). 5 new tires, all new exhaust, new rear springs, new gas tank, new windshield and rubber, all new rubber in hatchback and doors. Many others, too much to list. Original working twin SU carburators. Both front seats and the rear are in great shape. The dash needs to be installed and the wiring hooked up. The steering column is out for dash installation, as is the passenger seat. Some interior panels need to be installed, but all seem to be present, and in nice shape. New brake components, but the brake lines need to be installed. The engine runs well, with many new components. There are no batteries with it. All of the parts will fit inside the car for transport. _______________________________ Great Project for the MGB Enthusiast. _______________________________ Once it is fully paid for, I can store it here, for a month free, if needed, and longer term for a reasonable amount per month. _______________________________________________ I am 2-3 hours NW of Los Angeles, and can help with getting it transported to your location. On May-03-12 at 15:51:32 PDT, seller added the following information: Added on Thursday, May 3rd: I just opened a box, which shows in the last picture, and it contains the new door and quarter window rubber, still in their packages. It also had the title, and registration slips for the last few years. They show in is in "Non-Op" status, which means no back CA DMV fees would apply, which can add up pretty quickly!! This may or may not affect an out of state buyer, but it would apply to a CA buyer, for sure. I am selling this for a friend, and am not very familiar with it... Now, Woodies, I am familiar with!! LOL
