You are looking at a 2001 Boxster S in the rare and beautiful rain forest green metallic! If you are looking for one of these you know what you are getting! The paint really shines and the car's interior is in great shape and very clean. The car includes the following options: Rain Forest Green Metallic (upcharge) Partial Leather Seats Power Backrests Porsche Stability Management Sport Package Heated Windshield Washer Power Heated Side Mirrors Power Top Kenwood Stereo with Bluetooth and Ipod USB and remote The car runs great and is a blast to drive! The car overall is in very good condition. The drivers seat is showing slight signs of wear on the left hand side but is still in very good condition. The electric top opens and closes properly with no leaks or tears. The top does have slight staining from the covertible top mechanism and is slightly faded. The paint shines but does have some minor scratches that go along with its age but they are hardly noticeable. The body is straight and dent free. I have two keys for this car, one of which was brand new and sent to me when I bought the car. All electronics work properly. The windows, doors and hoods all open and close properly. The remotely operated trunks open at the press of a button. The push button electric top opens and closes as it should. I had a Kenwood CD/MP3 with Ipod USB and Bluetooth@ installed professionally. The stereo also has a remote. All maintenance has been performed by my local Porsche mechanic. The oil has recently been changed (100 mi. ago) and all four rotors have been replaced (less than 50 mi. ago). When I first purchased the car, I did notice a dime-sized oil spot in my garage but I had the oil changed and have never seen another one. With the top down you can actually have a coversation or hit the throttle and be rewarded with the awesome exhaust note! The car does have some scrapes under the front bumper from the PO not knowing how to stop the car BEFORE the parking block. The scrapes have never bothered me and so I have not had them repaired. The bumper is not cracked, just scraped. I have priced the car accordingly to take into consideration that the car is not perfect but it is in good shape all around. I purchased this car two years ago from Porsche of Livermore. I have only put about 4,000 miles on the car as it was one of four that we owned. It was only driven on the sunniest days. It does get surprisingly good gas mileage and could easily be a daily driver if you wish. My first child was recently born and sadly, the car is not all that useful for our family. I will assist the buyer with shipping but all scheduling and financial responsibility of shipping the vehicle is the responsiblity of the buyer.
