1979 BMW 320i (E21) Up for sale is a hennarot (henna red) 1979 BMW 320i. The vehicle used to have the Callaway turbo until the motor was swapped with an NA M10 with 115k on it. 4 speed manual.Car was bought from Reeves 33 years ago, since then around 170k was put on it (odometer stopped working at 165). Still has the Callaway badge. At the 170k mark, the engine was swapped with an NA M10 with ~115k on it by the previous owner. About 300 miles were put on the engine after the swap, and has been sitting ever since. He takes it out for a drive on weekends.Wheels are 15" Epsilons, 195 fronts, 205 rears. Tires are at around 80-85% tread left. Recaro leather seats, small tears in the driver's seat. Passengers seat, rear bench, and panels are all in excellent condition.VDO gauges (AF, oil temp) fully functional. Headunit needs to be plugged in and pushed in, currently sticking out at the moment. Front and rear bumpers are in the trunk and come with the car.AC/Heat and front/rear defogger all work fine.Brand new headlights/highbeams. Wiper stalks included with car.Currently running a straight-pipe with a cherry bomb muffler. Its decently loud, aggressive.The bad:- drivers window gets stuck on way up, needs bracket- worn clutch (brand new one included with the car)- brakes pads should be replaced (brand new ones included w/ car)- needs side mirrors- speedometer not working, all other gauges are fine- small patches of surface rust on body, not bad for its age(see pictures)- quarter sized rust spots on underbody, overall pretty clean- highbeam fuse needs to be replacedThere are no rust holes whatsoever, except for some around the perimeter of the spare tire well. Included is a metal tire-well insert (looks like a thick hula hoop) that can be welded or bonded in to seal the holes. OHIO Clean Title in hand. I don't have room for another BMW, and I already have 2 other E21s to focus on, so this one has to go.
