I have had this eclipse for quite some time always feeling that i wanted to go to the next extreme! I am a certified mechanic of 12 yrs and all the custom work and modifications are done by myself. so about the car i have a long list of things but here are a few to start if you want to see the whole list of things thats done please go to my car domain web page http://www.cardomain.com/ride/269259/1997-mitsubishi-eclipse It is a 1997 (with 112,000) eclipse was a non turbo now turbo with the 420A engine, the head been completely rebuilt , eagle h beam rods ross pistons 20 over, (2) 10 bottle 50 shot of NOS, stage 4 turbo with hahn racecraft engine management system, FMIC, hks turbo timer,all new urethane bushings upgrade brake system from 3000gt vr4 and big brake upgrade drilled slotted rotors all around!custom wide body custom Targa top i spent well over 25 grand in parts i have paperwork for everything theres just so much to list!! i just havent finished the body and its 90% done this car will need to be completed but engine is completely done and has 550 HP! i also have a custom red candy apple carbon fiber hood i paid 1100$ (specially made and shipped from cali) and the rear end to convert to rwd, things left it needs are just a few parts and can be found cheap on ebay... crank pulley(on ebay for 80 bucks) front axels (on ebay 100 bucks) intake manifold (150 bucks on ebay) cat back exhaust (on ebay $200) stage 2 or 3 clutch $200 a total of $700 in parts (I ended up selling these parts to a friend who needed them. i have the the glass for doors and rear quarter you need to get rear and front winsheild.i worked on this car for 7 yrs taking my time to do it right- its just a sick car! This is an awesome one of a kind car, i have spent well over 25,000$ on this car so i am taking a serious loss, but i bought myself a nice bmw 850i and i have desided to sell this because i only have room for one project car in the garage.
