Vehicle Detail

Up for sale My 1968 Mustang Fastback GT j code, 4 speed. The car originally started life as a J code with a 302 engine and Highland Green in color. This is a rare but great candidate to become a bullitt clone. The car is equiped with fold down rear seats and the trap door in the trunk is not cut for speakers! Tachometer and 9 inch rear end. In the Mustang currently it has a 351 engine. This auction includes the power steering pump and console which is not installed right now. The power steering actuators and lines are installed in the car just the pump needs to be put in. The body is in fair shape. I have had two body guys tell me its a easy restoration. The floor in front of the passengers seat has a patch installed which wasn't done to my standards and needs a patch behind the drivers seat. I was told just to install the half sections of floors to make it perfect. The car has small dents, the paint is a 100 footer Driver and passenger seats have rips. Heck everything needs to be re freshened. Please ask questions before bidding. All inspections have to happen before end of auction. Now if your into the original 302 engine. I have the option to sell it to the winner for an additional 500 US dollars. It has the Carburetor and exhaust manifolds still attached to it. I will leave it up to the bidder to contact me before the end of the auction to run the engine numbers to verify that they are matching but I was told from the previous owner its the original motor. The car sits exactly as I bought it from the previous owner. I bought it with the intent to restore but the longer it sits in my garage the more Ive come to realize that I'm not restoring it any time soon. Good luck bidding!
