A truly beautiful survivor! This is a 1977 Ford F250 Ranger XLT Camper Special. The odometer reads 38,750, I'm not sure if it has rolled over or not, but either way this truck is in great condition for being 35 years old! Everything works, except the cruise control is intermittent, but the truck is a cruiser not a long distance driver, although I would not hesitate to drive anywhere in it. It runs and drives amazingly and the dual exhaust gives it a nice rumble as it goes by but it isn't obnoxiously loud. It has the 400ci engine mated to the C6 transmission, and both work flawlessly. Of course with a 35 year old vehicle there comes character. The minor scratches and rock chips scattered about the truck are only noticeable if you are two feet away and inspecting it closely. It is 99.9% rust free and has never been driven in winter. The truck is originally from Oregon and was meticulously taken care of by the first owner who had it for 33 years. It is all original as well, except for the radio, and two pieces of chrome. The only bad thing about the truck is that is has a power steering leak, but it comes with a new pump! I might get around to putting it in before it sells though. This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of Ford history that is in such great original condition, so capitalize on the opportunity!
