Up for sale here is a rust free 1967 Fastback Ford Mustang with no motor or tranny but with a ton of original and aftermarket parts. This car was originally a 289 2V automatic.  This is an original fastback, not a conversion. It has no major body issues and was recently painted with quality paint. The paint job is not excellent, if you wanted to show this car you would definitely want to repaint it but the body is straight overall and literally has no rust whatsoever! Having restored a few mustangs I can tell you that you won't go wrong with this one. It will not take much to complete this car either as a mostly original or a full restomod. These classic mustangs are extremely easy to restore because of the wide availability of aftermarket and original parts, not to mention a huge amount of information on the internet and in magazines. The two reasons we are selling this car are that we will soon not have a place to keep it inside and we lost steam on the project after the paint disappointment. We paid a lot to get a mediocre paint job and it unfortunately took the wind out of our sails. This is literally a "our loss is your gain" situation. Typically the fastbacks are more expensive to restore, but most all of the fastback specific parts are included so this won't cost much more than a coupe to finish. If you have seen these on Ebay before, you know what is available. Don't underestimate the value of a complete car with no rust, these things can really nickel and dime you. Body -1967 body rust free and painted with quality paint clean title -The car was stripped down to metal and some minor body work was done. There was a dent in the bottom of the passenger side rear quarter. It was repaired but is not even visible from the inside of the trunk, meaning it was very minor. -The only welding done on the car were the drive and passenger floor pans which had some rust, very typical. This was the only rust on the car period. -The white paint revealed some dimples in the roof  that look to be hail damage.   -The clear coat was poorly applied and has some runs and sags, needs to be wet sanded at a minimum. -new hood hinges included. not currently installed Mechanical -Front disc brake converted with a good quality kit and stainless hard lines.... not just parts off a Granada, although those work just fine. If you have had a mustang with all drums, you know how key this is. -new steel rally wheels, black gunmetal, chrome (14") -AOD Bracket for the tranny swap ($150) -excellent condition original gas tank w/new sending unit Glass -All glass except vent windows, recently tinted, with seals -Full weatherstrip kit Wiring -High quality 12 circuit wiring harness included , new in box -Much of the original wiring is still in place but with the car empty it would be a very easy rewire. I have put this wiring harness in a 1967 Coupe and it was not difficult and I am not an auto electrician. With the additional circuits you  have the option to run many more accessories, ie electric fuel pump and other modern parts that the original was not designed for.   Interior -All interior panels removed and included -seats all there (need new vinyl) -new wood steering wheel -Many pieces of trim re chromed This list doesn't really cover everything that the car has with it but covers the major points. If you don't see something listed or pictured in the 100 pictures, please ask and do not assume that we don't have it. This car has been a project for a long time and has been stored in the same garage with all of the parts the entire time. Nothing else was going in or out of this garage and the parts have not been moved so it is very complete. If you are looking for one of the most sought after American Muscle cars of all time, you have found it.   I am happy to answer any questions or show the car to serious buyers. Even Better!!! The rear brakes are still drums but have been redone. The windshield is brand new! The rest of the glass is original. There is also a full exterior bolt kit included with the car!
