1990 Mazda Miata Convertible The car was just re-painted one month ago with the original bright red color. It has new Bridgestone Potenza tires, a new radiator, and freshly rebuilt alternator. The car runs great. I am selling it for my father. He bought it, and then realized it did not have enough room for him. The car drives and handles very well. The engine runs great and the transmission shifts smoothly. On recent trips on the interstate, it averaged 31mpg. It has an aftermarket Blaupunkt AM/FM cassette radio that works well. The top has a small tear below the right corner of the rear window. (Visible in the photos.) There is a worn area on the top left corner of the passenger seat back rest. The previous owner said that the air conditioner did not cool, so he included a replacement compressor unit that is included with the car. During the time we have owned it (since Jan 6th), it has not burned any oil either. The car was originally sold in North Carolina, but it has been a Kentucky car since 1996. The previous owner confirmed that the timing chain was changed at a little over 100,000 miles. The car has manual windows and door locks. All windows, the top, lights, brakes, wipers, and other controls work very well. When driving it, there are no unusual noises, vibrations, or other problems. An aftermarket owner's manual book is included with the car. I will be adding more pictures tomorrow morning.
