1947 Studebaker M-5 hotrod truck with a 318 police package motor and a 727 torqueflite transmission. The truck stops on a dime with four wheel power disc brakes and four wheel independent suspension, the front clip is 77 Volare and the rear end is from a Nissan 240Z. The 318 runs great and transmission shifts smooth, runs smooth and straight on the Hwy at 80mph with the air conditioner on...Its got a vintage knee kicker unit that blows COLD air. New GM color coded wiring harness and has no electrical issues what so ever. Great ride and has been my daily driver for the past 5 years. The only thing that I know needs attention is the urethane bushings need to be replaced on the front end......It never has bothered me but I know it would handle better (handles good now) but you can visually see they need to be replaced. The truck has surface rust, the only rot is on the back of the cab corners, not a big spot.
