This is a (first 6mo) 1979 Triumph Spitfire 1500 This is the last year they put chrome bumbers on before they went with the totally covered version. The body is solid (Originally owned and stored in the dry air of Nevada). The car runs but won't start due to a faulty starter or starter solenoid, not sure. The tires look fairly new. Before the starter went out I put a new battery, plugs, plug wires, cap, and rotor on. I just don't have the time to spend on fixing it up. This is a great project car for someone. It will need a new convertable top. Glass is good. The seats are in good shape but needs a new carpet. The dash wood panels need refinishing or replacement. This is a local pickup only. If you wish to arrainge for pickup by a transport company that is your choice. The vehicle was running good before the starter went out. It is being sold AS IS.
