(A LOCAL SALE OF THIS VEHICLE WILL END THIS AUCTION EARLY AND CANCEL ALL BIDS) 1991 Honda Civic Car starts, runs and drives fantastically, mechanically fairly well maintained, my 74 year old father was driving and maintaining this car so it had very regular oil changes, plugs, brakes, exhaust, CV joints, etc. it uses no oil, starts right up. The rust spots on the rockers (both), below the rear hatch left, and a small spot up under passenger door are what need addressed with this vehicle. The unibody frame appears in pretty decent shape and the heavier rust doesn't appear to go any farther than the rockers. Passenger door also has a small issue with exterior handle, you must push it down so door will catch, I think a spring is either off or broken with it. Has no radio. No check engine lights are on and if you do the body repairs and throw on a good set of tires I honestly believe it will pass emissions in PA. and mechanically pass a PA. inspection. With a minimal amount of work you should have a real decent fuel saver of a daily driver vehicle.
