This is a one owner Escalade AWD (all wheel drive) with 6.0 Vortec H.O. (gasoline) V8 and towing package. This is the same shorter wheelbase platform as the Tahoe. There are too many luxury features to list here but a couple I like are the heated front and rear seats as well as memory seats and mirrors. The Bose stereo with satellite and 6-disc CD changer sounds awesome. The owner tells me his wife drove this vehicle daily and they took numerous vacations in it. The mileage is a result of numerous cross-country ventures. The towing was limited to a pair of jet-skis on a small trailer. There is extensive maintenance history on the CarFax and a thick stack of receipts. All recommended services were performed at Cadillac dealers. CarFax verifies that there were no accidents. The vehicle has not been smoked in. The original owner’s and maintenance books and the original window sticker are still present along with both keys and remotes. Runs and drives wonderfully and it’s very powerful. Shifts, steers, and stops very well. There is a road test video at the link below. There are 2 new tires on front. Rears are still very good. The inside looks very nice. The third row seats were not used and one seat appears to have been dropped or knocked around while in storage. It will not attach to the floor. There is a heavy cargo mat covering the entire rear floor area and the seats are folded and just sitting in the rear. The air conditioning is not blowing cold at this time. There is a crease in the left rear door and some bubbling around the rear emblem. Both are shown in the pictures at the link. Overall there are very minimal blemishes and the finish shines like new. We've inspected it carefully and don't think you'll find any other defects. This is a very comfortable, reliable, & handsome vehicle. Kelley Blue Book Private Party values in our market range from $8,080 to $10,205. KBB Retail is $12,405. NADA puts it at $12,625. These book prices are at this mileage. This truck has a lot of good miles left in it but we know folks are going to be put off by the miles so our reserve is in the low end of the above prices. Sales tax for your locale (if applicable) will be collected, a $25 title fee, and $18.50 for a temp. tag if needed. Carfax is included at no charge.
