Up for you consideration is my 1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V.I purchased this Original Condition True Survivor Automobile from its Original Owner in January 2006.At the time of Purchase the Actual Mileage was 34,351I have a New Jersey State Actual Mileage Title.Current Mileage Reading is 37,685 at time of Listing and may be Slightly Higher at end of Listing. Within My 6 Years of Ownership this Vehicle has been Driven Less then 3500 Miles.The Vehicle is Started every 3 Days and Driven Once a Week Weather Permitting. This Mark V is originally from Staten Island New York. The Original Owner stated it had Never been Driven in Inclement Weather (Snow,Rain)This Mark V had always been Hand Washed and Waxed.Vehicle was Heavily Rustproofed when New. No Rust on the BodyThere is Normal Surface Corrosion on Non Rustproofed Items such as Chassis and Suspension Components,Under Hood Components and Engine Components. ** As Requested by many Viewers I have added 16 Underside Pictures of the Vehicle. The Original Owner Preformed all Normal Scheduled Maintenance. The Original Owner had Replaced the Tires due to Age and Deterioration (Current Tire Brand Copper),The Exhaust System due to Restriction and the Battery. After purchase I had a Technician at the Ford Dealership I worked for go over the Vehicle and this is what we did **Installed New Front & Rear Brake Pads,Brake Hoses and Rotors.*Installed New Grease Seals and Repacked the Wheel Bearings.*Installed New Front & Rear Shocks.*Installed New Belts and Hoses.*Coolant,Motor Oil and Transmission Fluids were Flushed and Replenished.*All Filters were Replaced.*Installed New Spark Plugs,Cap,Rotor and Wires.*Replaced Cruise Control Set/Excel Switch*Original A/C Compressor was Resealed and converted over to R134.
