You are bidding on a 1966 Plymouth Barracuda. This car is an original 273 Commando, torque flight automatic, posi rearend, disc brakes - this was a special order car. The original color was a dark green but now it is black. I have owned this car since 1987. The engine and transmission were taken out at 120,000 miles. I have them both just the way they came out of the car from the air cleaner to the oil pan - undisturbed. Right now there is a modern Volare 225 slant 6 - 3 speed - standard shift in it. It hasn't run in years - ran when I parked it years ago. Needs total restoration. Comes with original engine and transmission. I have misplaced the registration - I will keep looking. I have looked at this car better underneath and under the hood. The inner aprons and front frame areas all look great. The floors need replacing, the trunk floor needs replacing, the rear frame and unibody and bumper area look great. It will need a headliner and probably new carpet - the carpet is very brittle. This car is very restorable. This is not junk. This is a numbers matching car. I bought this from the original owner in 1987 - I am the second owner.
