I have title free and clear. 149,000 miles. I am the second owner of this car. I bought it from my best friend. He purchased it brand new for his wife in 2001 from Coral Springs Auto Mall (Honda) in Coral Springs, Florida. I have performed the following maintenance within the last 18 months: - Replaced all belts including serpentine and timing belt. - Replaced water pump. - Replaced head gasket and valve cover - Replaced transmission (rebuilt) in Feb 2011. Tip top. - Replaced front struts Jan 2012. Rear struts are fine. - Replaced sway link bar on driver's side front. - Replaced all 4 tires about a year ago. Tread is good. - Oil changed every 3,000 miles and tire rotation every 6,000 miles. The following is maintenance which will need to be performed in the future: - There is a small oil leak from the cam seal on the side of the engine block. It has not been an issue for me. I've just been checking the oil level periodically and keeping my eye on it. My mechanic put some silicon around the leak to patchwork it. - My mechanic also said there is another small oil leak on the bottom. - The brakes are operable and in good working condition, but will need to be replaced at some point. - I put a Sony CD player / receiver in it 2009 from Best Buy. The CD player doesn't work, but the radio and MP3 jack do. Cosmetically, I'll be honest. It's seen better days and there is wear and tear, but it's not a jalopy either. The only accident I ever had was I hit a deer in MN in 2009. Progressive handled it and there was minimal damage to the front end. It knocked out the power steering (fixed) and they replaced one of the headlamps (fixed). All is well. I drove this car from about 35,000 miles to present. 90% of my driving is for work to and from sales visits (no towing of any kind) and it's all highway. This would be the perfect purchase for someone who has a college student just so their kid has a car to and from campus that is reliable, in good condition, but nothing fancy. The reason I'm selling it is because I'm averaging 25,000 miles / year driving for work and I bought a new car. It was time to bite the bullet on a new car. If you have any additional questions just let me know.
