You are bidding on a 1985 Toyota Pickup with a custom built fiberglass step-side bed. This thing is a beast. Easily tear up the trails or mud pits with this truck. I've been driving this truck for years and have never once gotten stuck in/on anything. This truck will coast through anything, being so light is definitely an advantage. This truck floats on the mud and sand. There's no stopping this truck! Unfortunately I just don't have time to finish this project. My loss is your Gain. PROS Factory solid front axle True 4X4 with locking hubs Custom built fiberglass step-side bed 8 inch lift 36 inch Super Swamper TSL's Bullet hole rims New Sony Xplode stereo system (including (2) 6X9 speakers) Professionally rebuilt carburetor Cab has been gutted, cleaned, rust treated, bed-lined, and reassembled Front bumper/brush guard with light mounts custom SmittyBilt rear bumper running boards Ranchero shocks (they've been painted to match the frame but they are Rancheros) Rear end has been re-geared to 5.29:1 (which gives adequate power with tires and syncs the speedometer perfectly) The rear brakes have been rebuilt with new springs and pads Non-smoking owner CONS There's a problem with the brakes (I believe the front passenger side brake line is broken) There's a small chip in the windshield The windshield washer pump went out a few months ago The front axel has not been re-geared to match the rear (I have a ring and pinion set, as well as all the required gaskets) Minimal amount of rust/wear and tear. (less than would be expected on a 26 year old truck) The tailgate for the step-side bed has not been mounted.
