This is a 1966 Cadillac DeVille Convertible. This is a NUMBERS MATCHING engine and transmission! Although not in show condition, it is still in very presentable cruiser and local car show condition. The engine fires at the turn of the key – it has a nice rumble to the exhaust. The transmission shifts smoothly – no hiccups. It comes with power windows (all seem to work) and AM-FM Radio. It also has all four brand new Gangster white-wall tires. The exterior paint has a glass-like finish – again, very nice and certainly presentable – what a head-turner! Gets us plenty of thumbs-up and beeps and waves! The chrome is very nice – I’d rate it driver quality not show quality. But, again, certainly presentable. Although the convertible top is not in new condition, it is still presentable with a few areas of wear. However, if you want to make it to match the condition of the rest of the car (which is super nice), then you will want to replace it. As far as I can tell, this is the original interior – the seats, although not new, are in very good original condition. The door panels are very nice. The dash is cracked in the center. On the driver’s seat, by the headrest, there is a small area that had been repaired at one time. There are not many of these convertibles left around in this condition. The miles on the odometer show 53,812 – I would say it could probably be original based on the condition of the car – the title does say EXEMPT due to it being over 10 years old.
