2005 BMW K1200LT I bought this bike thinking that I wanted to try touring (I usually ride cruisers) and its just not for me. However, this bike is amazing! It rides extremely smooth and handles like a sport bike. Wind control and the ability to direct the wind when you want it and have it go around you when you don't really make this a four season bike. With the heated seats and grips, you can ride in weather down to freezing and be pretty comfortable. The bike also has all the bells and whistles you would expect from a top line touring bike, this includes communication system, heated clothing connections, great stereo etc. I also have the manual and receipts from the previous owner. These include the electric center stand (works great, helps tremendously when trying to get a 850LB motorcycle on its center stand), more powerful engine, lower seat height to improve slow speed (read parking lot) handling and much better lights for night riding. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples in this respect!
