1999 Ford Windstar LX Passenger Minivan Good Condition It runs and starts The oil was just changed and the transmission fluid was changed as well New Battery Installed The Interior is clean and all options listed on this vehicle are in operating condition Low mileage for a vehicle that is 13 years old Tires show moderate wear The only problem with this vehicle is it HAS NO REVERSE It was inspected before the reverse stopped working Will move in all forward gears, I drove it for a while with the reverse not working. Got tired of parking places where I could only pull out. After four unsuccessful listings I did take it to a mechanic to get an idea for those bidding what it would cost to get fixed. Hed told me that the transmission does not need to be replaced, only the section with the reverse needs repair. I got quoted for 587.00 to fix it. I just got a new suburban so I didnt see the need to get it fixed. Minivans like this can go close to four grand at a used car dealership.
