**** NO RESERVE****3 DAY AUCTION!**** I am selling my cars and this is one of them. I am just the second owner of this 1966 Oldsmobile f85 Deluxe with just over 69k ACTUAL miles. This is the 330 c.i., with the sought after, bullet proof, TWO SPEED automatic. In other words, the Jetfire Motor and Jetaway Transmission.As you can see in the photos, it is a survivor. It is in excellent condition mechanically and I would drive it anywhere. In fact, this past summer (August), I drove it from Indianapolis to Detroit for the Woodward Avenue Dream Cruise, drove it around slow (cruise speed) in 95 degree weather all weekend and drove it back without a single worry. I also just had all regular maintenance done such as upper and lower ball joints, micro fuel pump added, freeze plugs replaced, valve cover gaskets replaced, trans seal kits done, among others.. and all that comes with doing these maintenance tasks (like repacking wheel bearings, alignment, and such). I also put new OE front shocks and I did opt for OE style rear adjustable air shocks for better stance. There is a new distributer and non OE air cleaner, but I do still have both of the originals. This is truely a turn key car with nothing needed. My mechanic even said "...it is a very, very solid car all around."This is great looking and mostly all original as far as appearance. It did have one respray before my ownership and is a decent job. There are a few signs of rust that will eventually need attention but still way better than most all other old non-restored vehicles. As the photos show, there are some minor dents in the rear bumper, but it didn't deem necissary to replace it. This car is not a "show car" but it sure is an excellent drivers car that would not need much at all to become a show quality car in its class.The interior is completely all original with the exception of a couple OE door handles (interior) and OE door lock knobs... and is in great to excellent shape. There are a few cracks in dash and minor crackling on drivers seat area. But again, the interior is in great shape, even the roof liner.This has original owners manual, owners protection plan with the cars original Protect-o-Plate ,also in great shape.
