This is my daughters 2001 subaru forester. She has owned it for about 7 years and has never had any problems with it. She got a new car about a year ago so she has decided to sell the subaru. It runs and drives fine with no known problems. It has a 5 speed manual transmission and a 4 cylinder engine. The car does have a couple of dents in the body from a few minor accidents. The worst one occured when she backed up with the passenger door open and cought a post and folded the door backwards, the door works and does not leak but is hard to close. She also dented the drivers side from a mail box that got in her path, the mail box did not survive. She did get an estimate on the damages and it was just under a 1,000 for the repairs. The previous owner did have the timing belt changed around 90k. I am not sure if she has any of the maintenance records. The car is located in northeast Louisiana, zip 71263.
