1974 BMW R-Series

Fresh out of a local garage,,,1974 BMW r90-6 with sidecar.This has been sitting for many years,,dirty,dusty etc.I gave the carbs a quick cleaning and flushed out the gas tank and the bike fired right up.The engine sounds good,,,doesnt burn oil,but gas tank still has alot of junk in it.I also think the carbs should be completely dismantled and rebuilt,,but it does start good and idle.This is a project bike,,the wiring will need work,,brakes cleaned,,adjustments,parts,,oil etc.At some point the bike was laid over,,the headlight trim ring and the right hand valve cover show it..Tires are decent,,,,rims look good.The sidecar is a double wide.It has a BMW logo on the sidecar but the fender says Auburn Sidecar company.I dont know if they are the company that actually made it,,or just set it up.If you know bmw's and sidecars I'm sure you will know what kind it is.Also pictured is parts that go with it,,,brackets,,covers for the sidecar,,books etc.The numbers check out fine,,not stolen,but ther is no title or regristration...NO TITLE,,NO REGRISTRATION.Please dont ask if i can search it,,or try to find it.The original owner passed away years ago,,there is no title or paperwork available from me. .I would prefer anyone interested to come and look at the motorcycle in person before bidding so they know exactly what their bidding on.Located in Middleboro,mass,02346.I will answer any questions the best i can.This is a motorcycle in need of restoration and repair.This is the third time I have listed this due to 'fake' bidders.If you bid on this and you have no feedback,,the bid will be cancelled.Payment due within 4 days of auctions end,,,bike must be picked up within 10 days of auctions end.
