Great looking Midget, solid, no body rust. This was to be my summer project but I am getting transfered and will not be able to get to it. I have had several MG Midgets and I think this one is worth as is, about $3000. When fixed I am sure it is at least $5000. Here is what I know needs fixing. Needs some TLC in the dash area. Will need new turn signal, ignition switch, wiper control, a couple of toggles, new window cranks and one rear tail light cover and work on the glove box. On the mechanical side, needs a brake job I suspect, at least some hydraulic work, the master cylinder is dry so no brakes. Has an electric fan which seems to work well, but I already bought a replacement water pump with a good fan clutch so you might want to install that. Starts fine but the choke idles too fast. Has about a 1.5 inch scratch in the paint on the right rear fender. Here is the better news. Relatively new paint, new top, new carpets, dash cover already installed so no cracks. Near new tires, very nice MG wire hubcaps. Looks like a new gas tank. Brand new Webber DGV carb with electric choke. I have had it parked in the same spot for months and no leaks. Starts easily and transmission has no growl, all seems smooth. I can deliver to your house up to 500 miles from Fort Knox, KY for $1 a mile. Farther than that and you will need to arrange shipping. Since it has no brakes it should not be driven. This one will be a nice driver and head turner with about $300 or $400 dollers worth of parts and a little labor. If you like MGs you will love this one. Enjoy and as you can see, it already looks great.
