Up for sale today is the best running, problem free 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Quad Cab 4x4 you will find. This was a one owner vehicle prior to being purchased from an Auto Auction in 2011 with 170k miles. The vehicle was listed as having a blown transmission, so it was purchased thinking that was all it needed. When it was towed to the mechanics shop, they found the engine also had a bad rod knock to it. They ended up cutting a good deal, and the entire V8 Hemi engine and Automatic transmission were completely rebuilt for under $6,000 as shown in the invoice below. The work was completed in 01/14/2011 - and the truck has had 30,000 problem free highway miles since then. We also replaced all the suspension components that were worn at that time. This truck comes equipped with cylinder-deactivation, and gets about 20mpg highway. The A/C is cold, and the heater blower motor works on all settings. Not a single trouble light on the dash, and just passed emissions a few months ago. This truck comes with the "Sport" package, which includes a Flowmaster exhaust, body colored painted bumper and grill, roll up tonneau cover, and a K&N air filter. The body of the truck looks decent for its age - it was a work truck used to transport display materials in its bed across the country to different car show meets. From 10 feet it looks great, the paint is still very shiny. There are some nicks, scratches, paint touch up, and dents as seen in the pictures however. All the lights work, and this vehicle comes equipped with the trailer tow package. The inside of the truck also looks good - with no serious major imperfections I could find. The vehicle comes equipped with cold A/C, cruise control, a great sounding CD Player, and vinyl seats. The flooring is also vinyl, and extremely easy to clean. The middle arm rest folds up for an additional seat if needed. The engine sounds brand new, and the transmission shifts as smooth as butter. Oil changes were always done on time, as were coolant flushes and transmission flushes. We also recently did the front and rear carrier fluids, and all maintenance was done by a certified mechanic. The 4x4 works flawless, shifts directly into gear and operates with odd noises or vibrations. Truck fees great on the highway and in the city with no vibrations or problems. The running condition of this vehicle is truly flawless and like new. The tires and brakes were also replaced within the last 6k miles.
