Just a heads up, last auction ended at 4,575 so offers should be in that neighborhood.....Thanks. The pevious buyer did not have the fubds to complete the purchase - he never saw, touched or drove the car so please do not ask if there are any mystery problems with the car. I am using the funds from this purchase to by a father/daughter project and because of this last mess I lost the one she wanted. If you are going to make an offer then please shoot me an email to let me know how long it will take for you to pay/pick up the car as quciker times will factor into the decision as we have our eye on another car. Up for auction is my 1964 Cadillac Coupe Deville - 429CID - Black with Black/White Interior. Power Steering / Power Brakes / No A/C / Crank Windows / Manual Door Locks I purchased the car 4 years ago from the original owner and at that time I needed to replace the entire brake system, Master / Drums / Booster / Cylinders. It is an incredibly dependable car and it has been driven almost every day since I purchased it - completed a 10 hour road trip (5 hours each way) last Spring without issue. It has received a number of upgrades over the years, primarily to improve fuel economy and depandablity - these included an Edelbrock 650 cfm Carb jetted for economy, electronic ignition, 10Si late model GM Alternator with internal voltage regulator. Over the last year I have replaced the complete exhaust system, new tires (Currently on 1996 Fleetwood Rims - have original hub caps), upper control arm bushings, Powers Steering Box, Power Steering Pump, vacuume advance, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, valve cover gaskets. Black and White pic is what it looked like before I changed tires / rims. Exterior - Needs minor body work -dings and small rust spot here and there. It is the original paint and it needs a piant job - small dots all over. It shows better in the pictures than it does in person, although it is a beautiful car and draws attention whenever you stop or park. Interior - Very good condition - could use new carpet and I replaced the dash cap with one from Ebay ($149) and it cracked the next summer so it needs another. The original radio did not work so I had a custom one built that fits in the factory space (2 buttons on the same side) - has IPod connection. Seats / headliner / door panels all very good. Power Train - As I stated above, runs great. Last year for the Hydra-Matic 4 Speed commercial transmission (PND12R) - new fluid and filter - shifts perfect. Always well taken car of, drips some oil out of the front of the timing chain cover, gasket needs to be changed but obviously change the chain at the same time. Will consider partial trades for 60's - early 70's American car in good running order, automatic, 2 door - 1980's Trans Am / IROC / Camaro / FIrebird - for my daughter so need to be safe and road worthy. Your car + $$ = 5K. Will answer any questions - good luck
