Classic Cadillac Convertible with big block 500 Cubic Inch 8.2L Engine. This one starts right up and drives. Engine is in good condition with no noise or smoke. The transmission shifts smooth. The exhaust is nice and quiet. It has brand NEW tires and good dual disk brakes on all four wheels. This will needs some attention before putting on the road for everyday use. The title is Clear and marked Class A but has 131k for the milage on the title. This classic Arizona Car would be an excellent candidate for a complete restoration Most of the soft parts (Interior, Rubber, Plastic and leather) would be replaced anyway, and the metal on this car is very good to excellent. The outside color Firethorn Red. Exterior paint is showing oxidation and needs repainting. The Front and rear bumper fillers need to be replaced, besides rust that would be the first thing I would check on these old cadillacs. There is a little rust on the replacement door and fender see pictures, the rest of the Body shows no signs of any rust other than light surface rust, No pitting, bubbles, or cancer. That is the original under coating and engine compartment paint. So many classics get a blast of back paint underneath and engine compartment to cover imperfections. The chrome metal is very nice. The convertible top is in working order and water proof but needs a rear window. The Power top mechanism functions with a jumper wire to the electric motor. The drivers side power windows work but need adjustments. Both the driver and passenger 6 way power seats are working. The cruise control, automatic climate control, remote control rear view mirrors, delayed wiper, remote control trunk all work. The Tilt steering is working fine but the lock mechanism for the telescoping is missing. The AC compressor is low and won’t turn on but may just need a recharge. Not working is the AM/FM 8 track and automatic level control. The car has regualar air shocks with a fill nipple under the rear bumper. Interior is white Leather seats with a red dash and carpet. Seats show wear as well as parts of the interior shows splits and damage. This car has been in covered storage for over 12 Years. It has been started and driven periodically to keep gas and seals good This car is in need of the following to make it an everyday driver Belts, Hoses and fluids changed Replace Constant velocity joint boots Replace windshield and rear window and wiper blades Passenger front fender and door aligned Passenger door will need some mechanical and electrical service as nothing is hooked up or tested One hood hinge needs rebuilding or replacement Too make this car a nice looking driver it needs Some body work and trim installed (Trim is included) New front and rear bumper fillers and paint.
