Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 21 Window Bus. I bought this as a complete rolling bus in 2005, but have never had the time to finish it. I did start it before I took it apart and it ran fine. I was told when I purchased it, it had sat under a carport since 1983. It appears it was last registered in 1983 as well. The odometer shows around 75,000 miles which are probably all original. I do have a title for it, the title is not in my name, but has been signed by the owner. I have stripped the bus down to replace rusted sections and currently have it on a rotisserie. As I took the bus apart I kept all the pieces in plastic bags and labeled the bags for easy identification of the parts. The frame of the bus is solid with no rust. It had rust in the usual places such as the rockers and floors when I purchased it, but nothing was major. The original center section of the belly pan is still there and solid. I did buy replacement left and right belly pan sections. Most of the rusted sections have been replaced. Basically it now just needs the front floor sections, left belly pan, rear floors, and battery tray installed. I have purchased all the sheet metal for it and will include it with the bus price. When available I purchased the best quality sheet metal I could find from sources like Bustoration. I have the front seats to the bus and the rear seat. I dont think the bottom of the rear seat is useable, but the back of the seat seems to be useable. Both the front seats appear useable. I am fairly certain all the parts to the bus are there except for the center seat and the trim that went along the left side rocker panel. The two front windows and back glass were cracked when I purchased it. All the small windows for the top and the side windows are there. I will include the rotisserie with the bus. The rotisserie will fit on a car hauler sized trailer. We have moved it on the rotisserie before. It just needs jacks stands placed under the corners of the bus and strapped in during transit. Winning bidder to pay $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction end via paypal. I am located in North Central Arkansas.
