We are proud to present: Blue 2012 FORD FOCUS FSE with only 3,533 original miles. This is a great car. Runs and drives smooth and solid. Feels nimble at highway speeds. Starts up every time. This is not a regular SE Focus, this one has a FSE package (Super Fuel Economy package) which gets about 4 mpg more than a regular Focus. This Focus is also equipped with 2.0L engine, 6 speed auto transmission, Winter Package (Heated seats, Power/heated mirros). It is equipped with power door locks, nicely distinctive charcoal interior. It has MP3/CD player, cruise control, dual front airbags and seat airbags, stability control, keyless entry ( 2 keys), all weather floor mats, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Security Anti-Theft etc. This Focus definitely stands out from the others as it has all the necessary amenities combined. They show the true condition of the vehicle in detail. The paint looks just like new. The engine bay is clean. The Continental tires only have 3,533 miles on them. Has ABS brakes. TPMS sensors. Also has keyless entry. Everything on this car is ORIGINAL, it even smells like a new car. Heck - it is a new car. It has halogen headlamps, fog lamps with chrome bezel, 16" wheels etc. The Interior: Is also in original condition, looks really clean, everything functions without any problems. It has power windows, locks, heated/mirrors, MP3 CD player, front and side airbags, tilt wheel, cruise control, ice cold A/C, message control with compass etc. Everything on this car works. The History: The history report is at the top of the page. This car has a previous salvage title. It had a minor front impact. No warning lights, no engine/transmission problems, everything works just like on a new Ford Focus. Vehicle has been inspected, and shows 0 problems. Car drives perfectly fine and straight. Salvage titles are deemed such by an insurance company, not a government agency. A salvage title car is a car that an insurance company has paid off, at a point, its value to the original owner. How does a car become salvage? There are many reasons for this. The most common is collision. A lot of these salvage cars, however, are simply recovered theft cars. Recovered theft cars get a salvage title if they are recovered after the original owner has been paid off. Usually this happens after 30 days. I thought salvage title cars are "totaled"? "Totaled" means an economic total loss. This doesn’t usually have much to do with the extent of the damage. The salvage industry in huge in this country. We have access to at least 80,000 cars a week through salvage auctions. The majority of those cars are, indeed, not worth repairing. But a lot of these cars have minor damage or none at all. We pick and choose cars that have light damage. We never buy anything with severe damage. If nothing else, it would not be economical for us. What was the extend of the damage for this car?
