This listing is for a friend of mine that is selling his 1997 F150 work truck. He had parked it in running condition, but then after it sat for a year, it would not start. Unfortunately, a friend of his started "helping" by removing the starter and spark plugs, but never put either back and it has sat for another year. As such, the engine does not run and it will probably take more than just spark plugs and a starter to get it going. It has a newer battery and a lot of tread on the tires, but our guess is that it will need a new engine (and maybe a fuel pump and other items given that it has been sitting). Basically, you are buying a rolling chassis. There is a tear in the front seat as you can see in the pictures and the windshield is cracked. The speedometer/odometer work, but for some reason the title lists the mileage as 228,684, which must have been a typo because the truck was bought in 2005 and driven for 5 years. The seller believes the 219,717 miles shown on the odometer are correct. Not that this matters a whole lot given that the truck will need a new engine. A clear Georgia title is in hand.
