This Black Beauty is being sold "as is" with a very low starting bid and was restored a few years back. It toured the Mid-west Antique car show circuit in the 1990's and as you can see won several trophies for it's condition and mass appeal! After it was retired from car show status we decided to make it a part of the "Americana Hollywood Museum" In Southern Illinois for almost a decade. Now, we are putting together a huge tribute to the Batman TV series from the 1960's including the World Famous "Batboat" from the series and we are limited to space so now this fantastic example of the Model T Ford is up for grabs to the highest bidder. Though we haven't started the 4 cylinder engine in over five years due to a dead battery, the last time we started it to move it into it's current exhibition space it ran just fine as the engine was also gone through by a professional Antique car mechanic. The entire interior looks great with no rips or tears as it was completely gone through a few years back. There are no dings or dents on the body and the under carriage look as clean as a whistle! All windows are in tact and the door close and fit the way they are suppose to. Oh yeah...While it was on display at the Hollywood Museum, some idiot liberated the radiator cap so it is minus the cap which are online all the time. The tires have less than 50 miles on the treads and have gone slightly soft on the bottom from simply sitting. This is truly a great looking and hard to find Model T. We were told that of this particular year and model of 4-door Sedans that there were only 300 made?? Never researched it but worth a mention. Happy Bidding!
