No, this is NOT the absolutely gorgeous candy apple red Mustang convetible that is also listed on eBay, but it could look just like that one for a lot less money especially if you do the rebuild. This car spent 20 years in Califonia before moving to Oklahoma. It has sat for about 8 to 10 years. It was built in San Jose. V8 302, automatic, car has factory AC (compressor not on car). It has power front disc brakes and power steering. The frame rails look good but it does have rust out on the floors. Cars sits well, no sag, seems to be a good solid car. Engine will start but not stay running, needs a carb rebuild. Brakes will need rebuilt as the master cylinder was dry on one well. The hood will need to be replaced. Take a look at the other red Mustang convertible on eBay and think of the possibilities. That car is worth the money and this one can look just like it. I bought the car with intention of selling my other Mustang convertible because it does not have AC or power disc brakes. Changed my mind, I have already done to my original car the things I would do to the red one and am ready to drive. I wish I had found the red one first. The window has small specks in it, may clean off, don't know. Also have no hood hinges, have a set of 65s I got with it that will go with the car. The power top works but I heard fluid squirting out when I tried it so I shut it off.
