1966 Volvo 122 4 door sedan. This is a very elegent car with it's color combo and the 4 door 122's are just not appreciated enough..(IMHO) That said, this car has.. NO TITLE. I do not have a title to the car. However, a title can be had from a outfit in Nevada among others. This is the buyer 's responsibility to get. The auction has NO RESERVE, so, if you bid, you own, and are responsible for following the terms of the auction.. Chasis #- #212087. Chasis type :12246VL, mileage- 59666. Color code- 19 -(Black), Upholstery code- 175-523 (Red). The car runs (rough) most times it will start, but sometimes stalls and will not restart. Carbs need some love, etc.. Brakes and clutch work. NO, I WOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IT.. And furthermore, will not LET anyone attempt to drive it.. It will need to be towed out of my driveway on a trailer. The car has a recently installed fuel pump and reconditioned and repainted gas tank with fresh gas, New front tires and working vintage Panasonic AM-FM Stereo radio, and original Volvo locking Wasco gas cap. Fan and heat works, Wipers works, but stays on all the time, hence the switch out of the dash. Lights need work. B18 motor with twin SU's carburetors and 4 speed M40 transmission. Very little rust for a east coast car. floors solid, inner fender wells and front fenders in great shape. A little rust in the rear portion of the rockers as can be seen in pics. Bottom of doors- good shape.I found a little bondo behind the right rear wheel arch, other than that, i could not find much. Nose in good shape and sheet metal pretty straight. I think it is original paint too. Interior Door panels decent, seats need some stitching. Car solid, but needs a repaint. Way too good to part out. (IMHO). But that will be up to the high bidder.. If you cannot pay for the car, pick it up within two weeks or deal with the fact that it does not have a title. DO NOT BID!! Sold as is. All sales final. $500.00 down payment due within 24 hours.
