1959 chev impala project car WOW, too many questions, I used to buy old cars from local farmers I would drive by and see old cars in their yards. I used them as demolition derby cars, but I changed my mind with this one. I started to restore it but didn't get very far. I paid the farmer $1000 for the car. I put another $1000 into reupholstering the seats, have a matching roll of carpet and material for floor and headliner. Put a brand new windshield into it $2000. That is as far as I got!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS CAR HAS NO MOTOR, TRANI, INTERIOR. It is a "PROJECT" car. All the windows are good, have all the chrome flashings laying inside. We took it all off cause the next stop for the car was going to be the autobody shop, but it never got there.
