This 1990 BMW 325i received its roll cage and turbo modifications at AutoFab in 2007. Recently, we found this car in need of repair. It received a freshened 325i M20 motor (plugs, water pump, timing belt, oil pan and valve cover gaskets, valve adjustment), a new Garrett Turbo, and new stainless exhaust system from TRM. The car runs well and is running low boost (8psi). The turbo is capable of feeding the motor up to 20psi through its large front intercooler and billet blow-off valve. The car rides on Bilstein shocks and H&R springs. Front brakes are an Ireland Engineering kit that uses Mustang Cobra calipers. The cage is welded in. The headlights, taillights and turn signals work. The power windows work. There is no catalytic converter installed. The windshield wipers and motor work, though the switch just broke. There is no HVAC system whatsoever. Yes, it is streetable, but you do not want to drive it a significant distance with the expectation of comfort. There is rust under the battery box, but none anywhere else. Please note that that this is a good solid car that runs and drives well and has a lot of potential, but it is also still a project.
