Selling a 1971 Vw Westfalia camper. This is the year to have. First year of front disc brakes, power assist brakes and last year of type one motor. This is a very good condition bus. Bus has been well taken care of. The previous owner before me owned the bus for 17 years. Has original owners manuals. Runs and drives good. Bus is rustfree. Paint is in great shape.The bus has a rebuilt 1600 dual port motor and transmission. Has new carb, alternator, and battery. The westfalia has new top top canvas and seals. Inside has both upper cot and front childs cots. Both have new canvas material. The interior has new seat upholstery. Has all wood paneling roof and door panels. Has new carpet, new steering wheel (cost $300). The bus pretty much has all westfalia options. Has side cabinets, louvered windows, rear upper shelf, z bed, jump seat, ice box, both cots, electrical outlet, rear mosquito net and folding table. Bus has new Bfg Goodrich tires, windshield, windshield rubber, pioneer radio, rear taillights, side front and rear marker lights. Has both front and rear bumpers. Has a Vdo tach where the clock would go, not sure if it was and option. Looks original though. Have original bilstein jack and tool. Pretty much you can just get in it and go camping.
