I have owned this car since 1973 (third owner). Transmission and motor have less than 100,000 on them. They worked great when put in storage. I converted from a generator to more modern alternator years ago. It has aftermarket air conditioning, but not sure if it works today. All the components are there, but old systems usually need to be recharged after sitting for a few years. This car has been in storage for probably eight years at least. It in on a California Non-Op. It has been in California its whole life. Look carefully at the pictures. You will see that there is some right fender damage and some right rear panel damage. The interior is only fair. This car has an original style 289 motor with Ford four barrel and automatic transmission. It has been started and idled every week since it's been in storage. This type of car is often used as a base for drag racing projects because of the unibody construction, overall build and looks. Its body style was only made in 1964, which makes it quite rare. A great project for father-son since it is well built and has lots of chrome! You can work on this motor. No fancy electronics! Car is located in Redding California and will need a one day pass to drive to your destination. Tires are good. They have not gone flat while in storage and this car has been out of the sun since being placed in storage. There is some bubbling in an 8 inch oblong area around the right rear quarter panel under the paint. Probably developing rust. Has been like that for about 15 years with no noticeable growth. THIS IS A 289-210 HP ENGINE WITH A 1.12 600 CFM AUTOLITE CARB.
