This is a 1985 VW Scirocco with 38,455 original miles. I found this car in storage, it had not been driven since 1992. I bought this as a project, but I just don't have the time for it. This car comes with a spare motor and transmission, as well as misc. parts from a donor car, too much to list. I also have an almost complete black interior, including an almost perfect 16V complete dash assembly. You can see in the pictures it has the ground effects kit already installed ($1500-$2000) new. This car also has the "European" style front light assembly and front and rear bumpers. The car could use a paint job and front strut cartridges, but other than that it is in great shape for its age. I was unable to find any rust on the vehicle it is solid! With the condition and low mileage, this will be a great car for the right person. This car starts right up and runs well. I have only driven it around the neighborhood a few time because I don't have insurance on it. I have not driven it on the highway so I am not sure how it handles at high speeds. I have taken it up to 50mph without any problems. No leaks or misfires, I replaced the o-rings for the injectors, installed a new battery, and installed new wires and plugs. Opening bid is $1500, and there is no reserve, so this car could go cheap, good luck! This car is sold as is, and every spare part I have must go with it, I need the room in my garage. I have access to a car trailer, so if you need to have it delivered we may be able to make arrangements. You would be responsible for my time and fuel costs.
