Well, I need my garage back to convert to an office. That means two of these 'birds will have to sit outside. Can't do it and need the money for the office conversion. I have a 71, 72, 73 and 75 love these big coupes. This one is a 71 Sport Roof, it was my now deceased brother's car and has been sitting in my garage since his death 9/15/10, tags are current., it has AC (needs recharge worked last year), AM/FM (in trunk to be installed along with a new clock) power windows, power seat, power steering and brakes. It has the flight benchseat option, the upholestry is original, the carpets new and the seats were restuffed. It has the big 429 motor and moves. The stock stuff goes with the car. The C6 trans is rebuilt with a shift kit. My bro and I replaced the two front fenders and he had the car repainted red original color was "Ginger") The vinyle top was replaced at the same time. The bird has over sized front sway bay and a rear one, handles like a Mustang. It has Cragers. The motor has "new" lifters, pushrods, carburater 850 cfm dual feed, dual pumper The stock stuff goes with the car. (chock not hiiked up, it is CA). It has electronic ignition, powder coated valve covers and powder coated stock air filter in trunk Trunk re carpeted in red marine carper. The bad, when my bro owned it it sat under a weatherproof car cover. On a windy occasion, the cover rubbed some of the red paint off, see pics. No visable rust. Oh and when I just moved it out of the garage, the heater core was leaking, so I by passed it. This bird runs and performs well. . Look out for the other three birds. I would sell the entire lot of 4 for $30k. Oh, yeah, all sales as is where is, no warranty of any kind, ither than it is a TBird. It is a used vehicle. Call for inspection.
