This is a 1998 Chevy Blazer S10. It is 4-wheel drive with a 2' lift and permanent lockers in the rear end. It has a heavy duty grill guard and 31" tires, which are approximately 50% worn. The electric windows, sunroof and power seats all work fine but the manual recline levers are broken off. The interior is in good shape with no tears or holes. The carpet does have several stains behind the rear seat. The check engine and ABS light come on periodically and randomly but do not appear to affect the drivability of the vehicle. It drives well and is very dependable, but does bog down periodically when initially taking off, but if you step on it, it clears out. It sounds like the exhaust may be restricted. I drive the vehicle on a daily basis and unless it is driven with heavy acceleration you will never notice the bogging down. This vehicle is an amazing vehicle for the avid outdoorsman, but buyer should be aware that is has been set up for off-roading. Both the front and rear sway bars have been removed giving it excellent articulation but poor handling around corners at highway speeds. Also, due to the lockers being permanently welded in the rear end, it does jump as if in 4 wheel drive when turning tightly on pavement. The vehicle has just over 166,000 miles and a clear title. This has been an excellent vehicle for me, and although it does have some quirks, it still has plenty of life left in it, and is being sold at well below fair market value with no reserve. However, I do have it listed in the local paper as well and do reserve the right to end the auction if needed. ***Note: I realized after uploading the pictures that there are still some personal effects in the pictures since I am using it as a daily commuter.
