first off, this is for real, yes i know some people have a negative opinion of this truly and unique custom, i have heard it all before so please keep neg comments to yourself. this was someones show truck, this truck was in lots of car shows when it was built, my uncle had a lot of 1st place finish trophies and pics but i do not have them or do i have access to them wherever they are. i have included lots of pics to help answer questions. all serious questions and offers will be entertained. i would trade this truck for a nice ford or hot rod, rat rod, this is a one in nine custom creation from Shadi. there were about 13 but some have been totaled. this person made this body kit in the 80s. someone paid $5850 installed, for this kit, this was a very expensive kit, price with install was about the same as the truck new. this is not a second rate kit, the entire front of the truck is fiberglass, the core support has been replaced with a custom angle iron support. the headlights are corvette headlights and they work as should. the hood weights a ton, it has gas shocks to lift and support the weight, it is top quality. the bed has fiberglass flares and the tailgate has all of the brake and reverse lights, the interior is very nice with the crushed purple velour type of material, bucket seats, with a nice wood kit, and the dash wood matches, dash pad is good. the mileage is correct, only 20k miles. i don't think this is the original engine, i be-leave it is a 1982 350 with 1986 Buick intake and carburetor. the accessory brackets are mismatched, and even modified. has dual tanks. the rims are Center line convo pro, fluted satin finish, staggered 15". has a sunroof, no rust, and doesn't leak. everything that is wrong, there are some wiring issues, mainly not grounded very good and some things should be rewired, the gauges in the dash don't work because of a bad ground. the extra lights in the roll bar and the ground FX need to be rewired with better ground to be proper. the TV and CB in the center console don't work, wiring issues. stereo works, not a good stereo. the A/C doesn't work but only needs o rings and freon. there are some rust spots on the cab and a few cracks in paint on the hood(;pics of rust) the front end is all good, no wrecks. it runs good but the carburetor needs adj., runs rich. i wouldn't drive this truck more than a hundred miles without rear tires, front are 3 years old but no miles, the brakes were replaced at that time, but there is a slight pull in brakes. you need to trailer it. i don't drive it at all, my uncle passed away and he got it in a business deal, it is valued in the 30k range to some people. i would like 5k. I am not saying this truck is perfect, but the potential is huge, maybe a pro street look, in satin black with a big block, some serious fiberglass work to the hood( shave off the hood vents and give it a newer style), some people think it is the coolest thing ever the way it is, either way it has to go. this is the only one ever, that you will see for sale, do you really want to be the only one with the most unique truck ever? and you can still put stuff in the bed!
