Vehicle Detail
You are looking at my 2007 Honda ST1300 (non-ABS). I purchased it NEW on 1/22/11 (less than a year ago). It is in perfect condition with the exception of a small scuff mark on the right bag from getting on and off (see photo). It’s VERY small, but just thought I should make note of it. The bike originally came with a 3 year/unlimited mile warranty, so there are still TWO years left. The warranty will expire on 1/22/14. You can also purchase an ADDITIONAL 4 year HONDA warranty for under $500. http://www.directlineparts.com/byProduct.asp?prd=Warranty&str=10 It has a few hundred dollars worth of extras such as a GIVI top plate and color matched GIVI V46, 46 liter top case. The grips are heated and have a high/low setting. There is a powerlet plug mounted on the fairing that is only powered when the key is in the “on” position. It has a Motorcycle Larry Riser plate with a powerlet plug and a RAM ball mount. This powerlet is powered in the “on” and “accessory” position so you can get gas and not worry about turning off something like your GPS. http://www.motorcyclelarry.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_3&products_id=6 The front tire is the original and has tons of miles left. The rear tire is BRAND NEW with like 50 miles on it. I am only selling the ST because I have WAY too many bikes and need to thin the herd. I am located about 45 minutes east of Pittsburgh. Please feel free to email me with any questions or if you would like to see more pictures. I have the title in hand. Just to answer a few questions I've been receiving... This is my second ST. My first was actually a 2008. I really wanted a silver one and the latest year for the silver was 2007. I also wanted a NEW one, so I searched high and low and found a new one at a place called "All Seasons" in Wooster, Ohio. Yes, this is common to find left-over Hondas at good prices (or at least it use to be)...bought a new VTX1800 the same way. They simply make too many every once in a while. The price I paid for the ST1300 after taxes, etc. was just under $13,000 on 1/22/11. I have the stock handlebar set-up and it's really not bad to switch it back over. I also made it so you can still use the power option that you would lose by switching them over. I have a RAM ball set-up for the stock bars too. I used all OEM plugs and the OEM wiring harness from Honda. The new rear tire is what comes on the bike when new...a Bridgestone BT-020. I don't use cheap tires. I loved the way the bike handled with the stock tires, so I didn't want to take a chance a something different. And if you're really bored, here's a cool European ad for the ST... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbgREjHM18w Thanks for looking!
