Because of the constant problem of people not getting their financing ready or people not being able to get the financing from their banks and pay for the cars, we will not refund the deposit by reason of your financing contingencies. The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Fee and Tax Information: There is a one time charge of $199.00 documentation fee (THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE REGUARDLESS OF THE COMPLETION OF SALE OR NOT). TN residents ONLY pay sales tax. We provide a 30 day temporary drive out tag for in state and out of state buyers. Title processing (in some cases) may take up to 30 days. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
