This is a nice 1936 Chevy to be restored or make into a street rod. ALL CHEVY CARS FROM THE 1930s Are hard to find now days and Exspecially 2 doors Models. This car was Original Black paint with a tan interior. I know the the Original Owner who had it for over 30 years and was in his family for several years. I was lucky to Buy it from him and I planning on resto project. I recently Picked up a 1935 chevy Coupe and decided to build that one instead so this one must go. The car has a pretty decent body their are some fender dents and dings. The roof top looks very good and so does the hood. It still has the hood emblem intack. A little rust near the botom door drivers side and Quarter panell has a small rust hole. This is an easy fix and passenger side looks good.The running boards are rusted pretty bad. Thats probably the worst areas of the whole car as far as the worst rust. The fenders look good and solid and also the trunk looks good. The floors are pretty good but have a few bad spots but easy repairs, most of the floor is all great. Motor was rebuilt and car was running when last parked. The frame looks to solid and interior is all their for most part. seats need to be recovered. The car has a deluxe banjo steering wheel and has all gauges intack and even has the Original fan mounted in the dash. The car has the Original Motor and drive train in it. The tittle has been lost from Original owner but if he finds it I can mail it to you. The tires arent the greatest and might need a tire because they have been sitting and could be flat. Their is a air cleaner and tailight that goes with the car. I have a set of headlights and mounting brackets I will concider parting with if interested seperately for extra $100.00 more. THANKS Hi Removed all spark plugs and squirted some liquid wrench into the holes of each cylinder and I tried to jumps start the starter but It just hummed so either the starter might be stuck or motor could be stuck from sitting. By just letting the Oil set on their might help free it up. You can see from the extra photos I listed that The motor has had work done to it years ago, also look how nice the clock and gauges are almost perfect. I dont have a crank to turn the motor over by hand it has a T Type crank that seems to be a smooth shaft That fits in their I didnt have anything to try and crank it over that way but just wanted to let you know that i attempted to turn the motor over if I could, Thanks Gary On Dec-26-11 at 21:32:17 PST, seller added the following information: Hi I listed the car in a hurry sorry about all the spelling errors, I can be Emailed at artisticattitude@sbcglobal.net when I unloaded the car the wheels all seem to turn freely and as far as I can see their is nothing missing except the grill emblem and possibly something very small. The car looks like its all their and complete in my opinion. I havent seen one this complete in a long time, most are missing fenders, grills, bumpers, etc, This one is a great project car and is defanetly a good one to restore, Thanks Gary
