Engine and Transmission are perfect. Interior is very clean with no rips or tears. All electronics work perfect. A/C is Ice cold and tires have about 60 Tread left. Car is all original paint. It has a minor hit to the right rear door. the door opens and closes perfect, no wind noise from the door at speed and the windows go up and down fine. I have a $300 quote to fix it. I'm undecided on weather to fix it or not as it's not too bad. In the meantime, I'll give it a go like it is as I can offer a lower price. The car was announced unibody when I bought it at the auction. This was because of the hit to the right rear door area. Even though it's minor, it's considered unibody as per Manheim Auction Rules. I guarantee you it's not major and it does not compromise the car in any way. I saw it/inspected it before I bought it and I knew it had the unibody announcement and still purchased it as I knew it was nothing. Title is clean and car drives perfect.
