I am putting up for auction my 1955 Ford F-100. I purchased the vehicle 3 years ago in the hopes of restoring it. When purchased, it was done so with a Bill of Sale only. There is NO TITLE for this vehicle. I can provide the original Bill of Sale from my purchase. This vehicle was purchased in New Hampshire. I am in the military and stationed in Massachusetts and had the vehicle shipped back to Illinois (Chicagoland area) where I have kept it in my garage for the last two years. I will describe to the best of my ability the condition of the vehicle. I only have the one picture. The motors is a 460 CID motor out of an older Lincoln model car, as well as the frame. It started a year ago and as of 6 months ago it would crank but not turn over. I am not an engine guy, and haven't checked it recently to see if it still cranks. The body is in fair shape. The pick up bed needs work due to rust, as well as a new floor pan for the cab. The two doors have some rust rot in the front corners. As you can see the front fenders and hood had body work done to them. This was done before I purchased the vehicle. My intention ws to have a company do the work for me. I am selling this vehicle as is with no guarantee of warranty or representation of the condition that it may be in. Like I said, I would do my best to represent the vehicle as best as I know how, but no guarantees. If you are unsure of your bid, DO NOT BID. I had hoped to restore the vehicle professionally, but $$$ a divorce and a bad economy has forced me to get rid of it. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Local pick ups welcome.
